Feedback and complaints
If you have any complaints about the treatment you have received from individual national services, you should contact the individual hospital which provides the service, who will have their own procedure for handling clinical complaints. The Scottish Public Services Ombudsman and the Scottish Health Council can offer advice to anyone wishing to make a complaint about NHS Scotland.
We welcome feedback or complaints on any aspect of our service and aim to use this feedback to improve our working practices. If you have any feedback on "What NSD did well," "What NSD didn't do well," or "How we could make our work better", please do not hesitate to contact our Feedback and Complaints Officer.
If you wish to make a complaint about National Services Division or our work, then our parent organisation, NHS National Services Scotland, has developed an organisation-wide complaints policy which gives full details of your rights and our responsibilities, as well as the formal process.
NSD's Feedback and Complaints Officer is:
Katherine Collins, Nursing and Quality Advisor
